MY SHOES ARE TOO SMALL

It's possible they may need some time to break in!

  • They will stretch up to a half a size
  • They will stretch more in the width than the length
  • They may be a bit snug at first
  • If they are squeezing the life out of your feet, you need a larger size

MY SHOES ARE TOO BIG

If your feet are slipping around, you need a smaller size!

The only exception to this rule is our Blythe and Lee styles! These are "slip-on" boot styles and a little bit of slippage in the heel is not uncommon.

One-time exchanges for fit are free for all orders within the US. 

Shoes must be unworn to be eligible for exchange.
