If you need to exchange or return an item, please email us at hello@therootcollective.com and we can assist you. We are swamped as we are preparing to close, so we appreciate your patience while it may take a few days to get back to you.

 

Please note that custom or final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Regardless of if you are exchanging or returning, please include your original packing slip and mark with what you need. You have 30 days from the shipping date to complete an exchange or return.

EXCHANGES

MY SHOES ARE TOO SMALL

It's possible they may need some time to break in!

  • They will stretch up to a half a size
  • They will stretch more in the width than the length
  • They may be a bit snug at first
  • If they are squeezing the life out of your feet, you need a larger size

MY SHOES ARE TOO BIG

If your feet are slipping around, you need a smaller size!

One-time exchanges for fit are free for all orders within the US.

An $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
